About me
My name is Aaron Pidcock, and my journey in the world of training started at just 17 years old when I earned my Certificate III and IV. Over the past decade, I’ve transformed my love for fitness into a thriving career, diving deep into the realms of CrossFit and Weightlifting, where I've achieved Level 1 certifications.
Currently, I proudly serve as the Head of Programming for a leading strength and conditioning chain, where my experience across various CrossFit and S&C gyms has honed my expertise and passion for elevating others in the fitness community.
My passion for fitness was ignited during my time as a semi-professional rugby league player. Unfortunately, a persistent groin injury sidelined my athletic ambitions, leading to my early retirement. This setback fuelled a fire within me—a shift towards CrossFit that ultimately saw me competing in some major competitions.
Just as with many athletes, injury and setbacks have caused speed bumps in my career. But, rather than letting these obstacles define me, I transformed my passion into coaching.
I’m inspired by those who, like me, face challenges head-on and refuse to be defined by their circumstances. My mission is to assist individuals on their fitness journeys, unlocking their potential and elevating them to new levels.
I’ve dedicated my career to this and want to help you move past your own obstacles, no matter what they are!
